LAMINATE FLOOR INSTALLATION
This floor is installed over a dry concrete floor in a basement. A heavy black plastic vapor barrier is installed under the flooring. Note that the floor is not directly secured to the concrete. Instead, it is locked together and “floats”, with the edges secured by color - matched quarter-round mlding.
